IVECO BUS strengthens its growth in Uzbekistan with a framework agreement for 1,100 DAILY minibuses
Vénissieux, 19 June 2026
Following the first distribution and assembly agreements signed in March 2026 with ASAKA-EFVI Truck
and Bus JV LLC, IVECO BUS is continuing its expansion in Uzbekistan with the signing of a framework
agreement for 1,100 DAILY minibuses. The agreement covers both diesel and electric versions of the
model, confirming the manufacturer’s determination to meet current market needs while advancing
along its energy transition roadmap.
With the introduction of the electric version of its DAILY minibus, IVECO BUS is reaffirming its ambition
to support Uzbekistan in its transition to zero-emission collective mobility, in line with the country’s
environmental objectives and electrification projects backed by European funding.
“This agreement for 1,100 DAILY minibuses marks another major milestone for IVECO BUS in
Uzbekistan and reflects our determination to support the market with both diesel and electric offerings,
in line with its evolution towards more sustainable mobility,” said Sascha Kaehne, IVECO BUS AMEA
Bus Commercial Operations.
